Greetings and salutations! Welcome to iHero Entertainment!
For those of you who are just joining us, iHero is a superhero entertainment company that has traditionally gone beyond the comic book to deliver our unique brand of hero. We’ve consistently trekked outside the traditional routes to deliver this message, but what you really need to know about us is this:
Superheroes predate comic books by decades. They existed on radio, in pulp novels, in movie serials, and they were not originally intended for children. Our award-winning magazine, Cyber Age Adventures, took a giant leap forward in that fine tradition and gave you the most ground-breaking, thought-provoking fiction you’ve ever read in a superhero setting. Because the single most important thing you need to realize about superheroes is that they’re not a “genre.” They’re a setting, like deep space, or underwater. As long as you obey the rules of that setting you can tell any kind of story you want. Action, adventure, mystery, romance, tragedy, comedy… anything.
We do it all. Judging by our accolades, we do it well.
We went live on January 1, 1999 and over the years we’ve taken superheroes to new heights. New places. We’ve stretched the boundaries on what people thought superheroes could do. We’ve been lucky enough to find partners in the right fields to help us share our unique vision with the public.
The Fradella Adventure Tarot deck, for example, is the world’s first complete superhero tarot deck. This amazing journey in the mystical world of the tarot features the heroes and villains of the ihero Universe and is brought to you by U.S. Games Systems, Inc., the world’s largest publisher of tarot decks. This great deck by Frank Fradella and JP Dupras is available wherever tarot decks are sold.
Also, just released from New Babel Books is the first full-length novel set in the iHero Universe: SWAN SONG. Whether you’re new to our characters or you’ve been with us all along, this is a book that will not disappoint you. In fact, listen to what Jim Salicrup, former Marvel editor and current Editor-in-Chief at Papercutz had to say about it:
“Frank Fradella gets superheroes — in the same sense that Hollywood finally got it right with the Spider-Man and X-Men films. Swan Song is a compelling murder mystery, involving two superheroes falling in love. Fradella’s characters are not the least bit campy — they’re believable, and that’s the key to Swan Song’s success!”
- Jim Salicrup, Editor-in-Chief, Papercutz
But don’t think we’ve forsaken comics altogether. In fact, a few of our staff writers have done great things in the medium, bringing such amazing stories as Fishnet Angel by Sean Taylor and Children of the Grave by Tom Waltz. Both of these fine titles are available through your local comic book store and other fine outlets.
But always, first and foremost, the jewel in our crown is Cyber Age Adventures, the magazine of superhero fiction.

CAA ran online for more than six years before we took that great and final leap into print. Our first issue boasted pre-order numbers that made us the envy of other indie publishers, but there were pitfalls to publishing print we couldn’t foresee and had to shelve our plans for the second issue, though it was already in the can (seen above, at right).
Since then, the other creators and I have all moved on to other projects, but we’ve all got our fingers in the iHero pie in one way or another. Comics still get created featuring these characters, screenplays are in development, deals are being struck, and we may resurface again before too long. In the meantime, we’re leaving this site up as a testament to the work we did here and the love we hold for the world we created.
Thanks for coming by. Check back again soon. There just may be a few tricks left up our sleeves.

Hi, Frank, I’m glad to see you’re still out there. I hope you have recovered from the hurricanes and other troubles.
I am writing a monthly series based on stories I originally submitted to iHero. It appears at MetaHumanPress.com. I am putting together a Lulu book of the first year of stories. If I can find an address here I will send you a copy.
